dang I think to add settings, skills, and magic effects you have to actually edit the construction set

I really like the idea of the throwing axed and knives... There is already a mod for that on TES Nexus... you can ask him how he did it.

I just saw it they didn't do what I was looking for, they just made a projectile I was looking for a way to actually add a game setting for it, but I guess the only way is to decode it, because it won't let you import any new setting wish me luck
