Oblivion on Cryengine!

Ok this is kinda old but I thought I would post about it...I think that Bethesda make a great job of all there games but they do lack in a lot of things (I'm not going to say what but yeah) and one thing that I would love for the new Elder Scrolls is a new Engine, one that's now buggy and is smarter and has better lighting etc. Well check this out...a guy a while back imported a bunch of the Oblivion stuff into Crysis and showed off the game on a better engine and you tell me if you see the difference.



As you can see there are a lot of better things...the water is fantastic (but that's because its from Crysis) and the lighting makes it look so much better IMHO, there is also a video on youtube

I think Oblivion/Fallout would look the best on the new Source Engine.

well you gotta think that when the games were started the game engines were very outdated to today's standards

Yeah there is that...I just hope they start over on a new engine...one that is not ridiculed with bugs and one that is more strong in both areas of there expertise, FPS and RPG.

Yeh I think if they just fix the bugs with the Fallout 3 engine, but use the same level of graphics it should be an awesome game oh btw for GDH the two factions need insignias can you help?

I honestly have no Idea for the Evil Faction, but for the priests I think it should be a cup, because that is the sign of Stendar, the god of mercy

Great idea , I'm thinking for the evil people it could be inspired by the Mythic Dawn (not the Daedra) ???
