Voice Acting

Do you think that if I edited some of the voices in Oblivion/Fallout for our mods much like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8mXvzbfCBAo&feature=channel_page would be breaching copyrights? I am wondering because I would like to use them for some voice acting. One would generally think of course...but then think about it...the voice actors already sold there voices to Bethesda Softworks and now they legally belong to them ie. we are modifying bethesda owned stuff with a Bethesda created tool. what d you think?

Yeah I have also come to a decision that it would not be illegal as blah blah blah...I just don't think it is.

It may not be illegal but I tend to think it would be unethical.
