Falout 3 targets

today I made a very small very fun mod called target (not good at names) what it does is it adds 3 briefcases in megaton called target and when you drop them a target appears and you can determine the target"s explodablility

I downloaded the mod, and went to Tenpenny Tower, but couldn't find anything different... What am I doing wrong?

they arnt automatically set up in tenpenny tower
in megaton you will see 3 briefcases on top of each other, thats it

OH! In megaton? I just looked at your video and saw tenpenny tower and assumed they were there. Where might the cases be?
