hmmm...I don't think that it is implemented. I think they use real time instead but its worth a shot

Yeah but I would say try make a mesh then save it then open a copy and cell shade it and try in Oblivion lengthy process but if it turns out right then it'll be worth it I'm sure Also with Real Time you can get a lot of advantages depending on what you are making for example if you were creating a new Armor set then Real Time will use its smarts to make it look better in other areas although Oblivion's Self shadows aren't that great but the others are
