you can't that would be illegal you have to use an umpacker

I know how it is very hard to do though, anyways
1.open up the clothes in nifskope
2.export it as obj
3.open it up in blender
4.remove the skeleton
5.import skeleton from oblivion
6.do whatever you have to do with the clothes

Very time consuming and very illegal, you would be the only person allowed to use it and sites like TES Nexus wouldn't host it sorry, and I wouldn't like you to share the works via P2P as that would cost Bethesda Money
