Does anyone here know how to add a skeleton to a mesh and then animate it? If so let me know, its for work on the IOA Project.
    Thanks,

Well maybe if you export the Skeleton Mesh from the Meshes.bsa and then you could open it up in a 3D program but then I'm lost, I don't know how to animate.

I'm at the stage where I'm giving the mesh a skeleton but I have barely any clue on how to make an animation effect using the skeleton.

The vesion I was told is to export the skeleton then in blender animate the skeleton and export it as only a kf file then open the skeleton in nifskope and attach the kf file, but this never works for me in Oblivion only in nifskope

I know nothing about animation... but I bet you can find a tutorial at the construction set website! They have lots of tutorials:
